As of September 2026, the State Adaptation Policy Tracker is currently being expanded and updated with the most recent information and resources, so some states may not yet reflect the most up-to-date policy developments. Dark blue states on the map have been recently updated, and light blue states will be updated in the future. States that have yet to be updated include a notice. The GCC team is working to post updated state profiles region-by-region, following the 10 regions established by FEMA and the EPA.
